BMO Harris Premier Financial Advisor – Chicago, IL-1800017107

Collaborate with an all-star team to provide solutions and financial and investment planning advice for customers. As a Premier Financial Advisor, your expertise will ensure the comprehensive delivery of Premier Services’ capabilities by developing strong client relationships through superior service.

As a Premier Financial Advisor, you will:
· Collaborate with the Premier Banker to manage client base and refer to other internal partners for additional solutions based on client needs.
· Introduce clients to investment strategies and work with them to develop a financial plan utilizing appropriate guidance tools to help them achieve their financial and personal goals.
· Increase assets under management by prospecting customer base through outbound calling, conducting seminars and cultivation of branch employee referrals and external relationships.

To help our clients meet their financial dreams, you’ll need:

• 2+ years proven sales experience in the financial services industry
• FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 Licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses
• Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License
• Experience working with managed products and providing fee-based advice and/or financial Planning services
• Excellent organizational, presentation and client relationship management skills
• Strong prospecting skills and team orientation/collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to sell and refer financial opportunities
• Strong commitment to running a compliant business
